Really good staff and generous complimentary gifts. The comfortable bed and elegant decor created a serene environment for relaxation.
Room size felt cramped, especially for families. The breakfast selection lacked variety, disappointing given the hotel's standing.

A practical review for you
A good stay with an amazing staff that enhances the experience! Simon, the front desk manager, was helpful. The location is prime, and breakfast features serene harp music, elevating the dining experience. A cozy ambiance, though the rooms can feel intimate. A solid choice for a nice Roman holiday!

It's stuffy in the room, you can't open the window, you can't sleep.

Good location and pleasant staff
The organization of the roof top terrace is too heavily weighted towards diners. And the hotel wifi is fairly poor. The very worst aspect is the shower- practically third world.

great location but noisy at night
The location is convenient for first-time visitors. The executive suite was great with its spacious layout and beautiful decor. The staff consistently provided polite and helpful service throughout my stay. I really appreciated the good rooftop terrace offering a perfect spot for evening cocktails while enjoying the city views.
Despite the double-glazed windows, the street noise at night was quite disturbing.

Our stay was extremely pleasant. The entire staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast every morning was fantastic. Rooms were lovely and clean. Turn down service, including delicious sweets every night. Great location. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
Room and bathroom were a little on the small side however it didn't bother us.

'Truly outstanding. The best hotel bed we ever slept in, together with a super bathroom with bath, separate shower and 2 washbasins. The staff could not have been more helpful.
We were disappointed with the (quite expensive) rooftop terrace restaurant. Second bottle of wine took a long time to arrive, and as a result the service of the main course was delayed and was not hot enough

The hotel offers a superb location just steps from Piazza Navona, ideal for both sightseeing and business meetings. My room was a Beautiful Queen Room, spacious and comfortable, with organic decor. The breakfast provided a great selection of organic options, including fresh pastries and local produce, which started my day on a positive note.
Minor noise disturbances at night.
